Some kind words

Although we don’t think it’s right and proper to use this page as a shameless opportunity to blow our own trumpet, if other people will insist on bombarding us with nice comments (which they have from day 1) it seems only right and proper to circulate their kind words to a wider yet equally appreciative audience.

On a slightly more serious note, aside from giving our team yet another good reason to glow with pride, we think honest third party anecdotal is the best way to reassure you that Little Kickers provides the perfect kick-start for any energy-packed pre-schooler.

Thank you so much for the very WONDERFUL experience of having our son Josh enrolled with Little Kickers. We highly recommend your program to others. My husband and I are teachers and there were so many things that impressed us regarding the coaches' interaction with the children and the structuring of the program.

Kalan is 3 1/2 years old. After seeing a demonstration for Little Kickers at a local indoor play centre, Kalan wanted to sign up. He clearly loves his lessons! He's a very active little boy so this is a great outlet for all of that energy! I love to watch him partipate and see him so happy. As a parent, I like that these soccer lessons are not about just going out and playing soccer games; these lessons are about listening, group play (social skills), focused energy, learning soccer skills (that also help promote both fine and gross motor skill development), and most of all, these lessons are about having fun and playing together! I'm so happy that I had signed Kalan up! This is a fantastic soccer club!

So glad I joined my 3 and a half year old daughter Sydney up for this class. It's her first experience with something like this. She just had her first lesson and loved it. She won't stop talking about how she scored a goal and how she listened to Coach Ryan. She asked if we could go back the very next morning and refused to wear anything but that uniform for practically the rest of the weekend. She can't wait until next time. I must say the staff are very personable with the kids and make them feel like little soccer super stars right from the get go!! Really glad I found this place.

Coach Ryan made my 2 1/2 year old twins first class FANTASTIC! He is warm, kind and energetic. My children responded to him as if he was a member of our family! They both wore their new jerseys to bed and saved some of ice cream for him, just in case he was going to visit.
The 45 minute lesson is engaging, active and educational. Toddlers in Junior Kickers are developing many skills in every lesson: gross motor, listening, socialization, colour identification, flexibility etc, etc...

Little Kickers is a fun & exciting way for my little boy to start learning good co-ordination skills, becoming a team player and staying active. The sessions are run in a fun & action packed way, pitched just at the right level for toddlers. Some really good football skills are taught involving cones that suddenly become swamps & bridges with the added excitement of having to dodge space invaders! The toddlers think it’s great fun & are totally in tune with the coaches & what they are expected to do. All are kitted out in football strips which makes them feel part of a really terrific little team. The sessions are obviously well planned & structured, ensuring each week a different skill is covered. A really great activity and one we all look forward to every week!

I would just like to share with you my thanks and admiration for little kickers and all the coaches. Ben really gets excited when we put on his 'Little kickers' kit, and head off to 'Hele School, Plympton' on Saturday mornings! Before we joined, Ben could kick the football, but now, he can do all sorts of things, from waking up his football and in and out of cones, to space invader games and penguin dribbling! he loves it! what surprises me most is that at just two yrs he can listen and take instruction, he's learnt his colours and can count beyond ten! Amazing! Coaches Kat, Karen and Sam have such energy and patients that keep the children engaged throughout the whole 45Min's. Fantastic! and lots of fun, thank you so much.

Little Kickers at Plympton has definitely become the main event for our family on Saturday mornings! Our daughter Erin was rather shy at first, but owing to the patience and expertise of the coaching staff, along with a bit of persistence on our part, she has really come out of her shell and thoroughly enjoys the sessions. She loves learning new skills, and Little Kickers offers so much more than simply scoring goals! It’s great exercise and a wonderful activity to be involved with. We’d recommend it to any lively little girls or boys.

I just wanted to write to say thank you for the wonderful time Sam has had at Little Kickers over the last year and a half. Little Kickers has given our son a real love of football and the confidence to play and understand it with his friends in the playground. We were so sad to leave and Sam will miss his Sunday mornings there. I must make a special mention about the coaches. Coach Serge and Coach Simeone... what amazing guys! Their patience, care and interaction with the kids is unrivalled and has been extremely appreciated. They clearly love what they do and ensure each child feels included and understands how to join in. They have been so kind to Sam over his time there. Please thank them for me. We look forward to coming to Little Kickers with our other son, Jamie... in another year! (let's hope he's walking before then!!). Thanks again. I would like to pass on to Rob and the other coaches at St Sebastians my thanks for what an amazing job they do. I have been a teacher all my life and am full of admiration for their skills in managing such young children. The course programme is fantastic in the way that the activities are presented. A very Big Thank You for helping to secure Malachi a starting space at Little Kickers! He was a little bit shy on the day , but soon warmed up and enjoyed! Alfie started a little shaky and not wanting to join in as he had never been involved in something like this before, but gradually your excellent trainers (who are just great with the kids) have managed to get him involved and trying everything. This is what we both wanted him to do as it teaches him much needed social skills and how to join in and play. Thank you!
