Burlington & Waterdown Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Monthly Subscription and a Set-Term program?

Monthly Subscription (Rolling):

Ongoing classes are billed monthly on the anniversary of your first class, and your child’s spot is reserved each week. Your membership will remain active until you provide 30 days’ written notice by email to cancel.

Set-Term Programs:
Fixed-length sessions with one upfront payment. Classes run for a set number of weeks with specific start and end dates.

Does my child need soccer experience?

No! No previous soccer experience is required. Our classes are designed for children of all experience levels, including beginners. Coaches focus on age-appropriate skills, confidence, coordination, and having fun while learning.

Do you offer classes year-round?

Yes! We run programs throughout the year. Our outdoor season generally runs from mid-May through September, followed by our indoor programs from October through May.

Which age group should I register my child for?

Please register your child based on their current age when signing up. Our age groups are a guideline, but children may be moved up or down depending on their skills, confidence, experience, and developmental readiness.

If you’re unsure which program would be the best fit for your child, please contact us before registering and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right class.

What if my child is nervous or doesn't want to participate?

That’s completely normal, especially for younger children attending for the first time! Our coaches are experienced with helping children feel comfortable and encouraging them to participate at their own pace.

Do you offer trial classes?

If you’d like to try a class before committing, please contact us to see whether a trial option is available at your preferred location and class.
