Director of Operations

Coach Rebecca works hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly while also bringing 11 years of coaching experience and 5 years with Little Kickers. Her favourite part of coaching is watching children grow in confidence and come out of their shells on the field. She’s a big fan of Canadian soccer stars like Christine Sinclair and Jessie Fleming. Rebecca lives in Airdrie, AB with her husband—who she married in a memorable front lawn COVID wedding in 2020—and their dog Winston.

Kylie

Operations Manager

Coach Kylie is our new Operations Manager and has been coaching with Little Kickers for 1 year. She brings an impressive 20 years of playing experience to the team and loves watching kids progress as they build their skills and confidence. Her favourite drill to teach is penalty kicks, and she’s a proud supporter of Liverpool FC. Outside of soccer, Kylie enjoys collecting rocks and adding new finds to her collection.

Daren

Coach Manager

Coach Daren brings an incredible 31 years of coaching experience to the field and has been a valued part of Little Kickers for the past 3 years. He loves that coaching keeps him feeling young and energized, and he’s especially passionate about teaching 1- and 2-touch passing to help players build confidence and teamwork. A proud dad of three and grandpa to four, Daren has even had the joy of coaching all of his grandchildren through the Little Kickers program—making his role extra special both on and off the pitch.

Israel

Head Coach

Coach Israel has been part of the Little Kickers team for 2 years and brings 10 years of coaching experience to the field. He enjoys helping kids understand the importance of following rules while still having fun and learning the game. His favourite skill to teach is ball control, helping players build a strong foundation. A fan of Manchester United, Israel enjoys spending his time reading when he’s off the pitch.

Juan

Lead Coach

Coach Juan has been coaching with Little Kickers for 3 years and brings 15 years of playing experience to every session. He’s passionate about helping kids grow and loves seeing their skills improve week by week. His favourite activity to run is 1v1 drills, where players can build confidence and creativity. A true soccer enthusiast, Juan’s love for the game extends beyond coaching—his favourite player is Federico Valverde, and when he’s not coaching, you’ll still find him immersed in all things soccer.

Hamza

Lead Coach

Coach Hamza has been with Little Kickers for 3 years and has been playing soccer for 15 years. He loves creating a fun environment where kids can explore soccer and express themselves. A fan of FC Barcelona and Lionel Messi, Hamza is also interested in motorcycles and cars outside of soccer.

Serena

Lead Coach

Coach Serena has been with Little Kickers for 3 years and has 3 years of coaching experience. She loves watching the children grow up through the program and develop their confidence and skills. Her favourite activities to teach are cone clean-up games and 1v1s. A fan of Lionel Messi, Serena is also currently learning Korean in her free time.

Jia

Lead Coach

Coach Jia has been with Little Kickers for 1 year and has been playing soccer since the age of 5. She loves watching players improve their skills and grow in confidence during sessions. Her favourite drill is side-to-side movements, helping children develop agility and control. A fan of Real Madrid, Jia also enjoys baking and is known for creating some really impressive cakes.

Tareek

Lead Coach

Coach Tareek has been with Little Kickers for 1 year and has been playing soccer for as long as he can remember. He enjoys watching kids progress and build their skills week by week. His favourite drill to teach is 1v1s, encouraging confidence and creativity on the ball. A big fan of Lionel Messi, Tareek also loves playing basketball outside of soccer.

Godswill

Lead Coach

Coach Godswill has been coaching with Little Kickers for 1 year and has been playing soccer for 12 years. He loves seeing the development in each child and watching their confidence grow over time. His favourite activity to teach is kicking the ball in the air, helping players improve coordination and control. A supporter of Tottenham Hotspur, Godswill also enjoys cooking in his free time.

Cyril

Lead Coach

Coach Cyril has been with Little Kickers for 1 year and brings 20 years of playing experience to the field. His favourite part about coaching is getting to be a kid again and sharing in the fun and excitement of each session. His favourite skill to teach is shooting, and he’s a big Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo fan. Outside of soccer, Cyril enjoys playing table tennis and Valorant.
