Kevin

Managing Director

Kevin has led Little Kickers Toronto West and East York since its early days in 2013 and is incredibly proud of the community and program that have been built. As a parent of two daughters who both came through the program, he has seen firsthand the impact it can have on a child’s confidence and development. His focus has always been on developing a high-quality team of coaches and delivering consistent, fun-first classes where every child can thrive. Seeing former players return as coaches, and coaches go on to succeed in their careers, is a true reflection of the program’s lasting impact. He remains committed to developing great coaches and creating positive, confidence-building experiences for every child.

Crystal

Director of Operations

Crystal has been a part of the Little Kickers team for almost 13 years. Starting out as a coach to now being the full-time operations manager for Toronto West and East York. With a background in competitive soccer, Crystal has always had a deep love for the game. Today, she enjoys seeing that same excitement come to life in a whole new way as she watches her son develop his skills through Little Kickers classes.

Gerardo

Head of Coaching West

Coach Gerardo has been coaching with Little Kickers since 2021 and had enjoyed every second of it. Gerardo graduated from York University with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering to which he combines his passion for both soccer and engineering to provide a structured yet creative learning experience. Beyond coaching the kids, he is committed to leadership and aims to foster a highly supportive and collaborative environment for his entire coaching team.

Maia

Head of Coaching East

Coach Maia has been with Little Kickers for nearly 4 years. She has a degree in the Bachelor of Fine Arts. Maia grew up as a dancer, completed a co-op as a kindergarten teachers assistant and has always had a passion for sports and the arts. She thrives to bring fun and care to every class and kid she coaches, as well as provide a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for her coaching team!

Keira

Head of Talent & Lead Coach

Hi Everyone! I’m Coach Keira and I’ve coached with Little Kickers for 5 years now. I’m currently completing my Masters of Teaching at OISE preparing to teach high school Health and Physical Education. Soccer has been a big part of my life, and coaching with Little Kickers allows me to combine my passion for working with youth while staying connected with the sport I love.

Matt

Lead Coach

Coach Matt was born and raised in England before spending his teenage years in Newfoundland. He moved to Toronto to study at George Brown College and has since been working in the field of prosthetics and orthotics. Despite the busy schedule, his weekends have always been reserved for Little Kickers. He’s been coaching for 8 years and says that the best part about coaching is getting to share in the excitement that kids and parents have for badge ceremonies.

Nemo

Lead Coach

Coach Nemo was born and raised in Toronto. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology from Wilfred Laurier University. Her passion for helping kids learn through sport has helped her throughout the over 6 years she has coached with Little Kickers. She continues to love all the challenges and amazing surprises that come with coaching young kids in a sport she has played since she was a kid herself.

Eric

Eric is a Civil Engineering student from Toronto with a lifelong passion for soccer. Whether it’s watching or playing the sport he’ll always show his love for the beautiful game. With nearly three years of coaching experience at Little Kickers, he is dedicated to creating a fun, supportive environment where children can develop confidence, coordination, and develop their own love for the sport.

Alexandra

Lead Coach

Alexandra is currently completing a Master of Teaching degree in Primary/Junior education, looking to become a K-6 classroom teacher. She played soccer since the age of 4 and looks back fondly on the experiences that shaped her soccer skills, built her confidence, and fostered perseverance, teamwork, and communication, along with the lasting friendships she formed along the way. As a coach, Alexandra is eager to share her passion for the sport with other children.

Adam

Lead Coach

Coach Adam was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. He moved to Toronto in 2022 and later studied Acting for Camera and Voice production. He has been a Little Kickers Coach for almost 2 years and loves it!

Tyler

Lead Coach

Coach Tyler grew up in Mississauga and is in school to become a teacher. Tyler grew up playing a variety of sports including soccer, hockey, and baseball. He has worked with kids in a variety of capacities including camps, coaching, teaching and more. Tyler has been working with Little Kickers since June 2025 and has enjoyed every step of the way.

Julien

Lead Coach

Coach Julien grew up in Toronto spending most of his childhood playing soccer. He has been a coach at little kickers for four years and loves everything about it. After Coaching the same kids for years, he can say the most enjoyable part about the job is watching the kids grow up.

Shawn

Lead Coach

Coach Shawn grew up in Toronto playing soccer most of his life. He attended college for music, industry, arts & performance and has recently begun his pilot training.
Shawn is a very positive and outgoing Coach with a following of players.
